Calling North Somerset youth organisations who work with young people aged 11-16!
OTR North Somerset are launching a new style of Res Lab delivery with the aim of making our sessions more flexible and tailored to your needs!
Resilience Lab has been running as five weekly interactive sessions covering how to manage pressures, make friends with stress, thinking traps, strengths and how to reach out. The aim of Res Lab is to equip young people who have low-level mental health needs with the knowledge and skills to help them manage their mental wellbeing. Res Lab is delivered by OTR’s Community Development and Group workers.
RES LAB EXPRESS
(1 session, 1.5 hours, lecture style, up to 30 young people) Res Lab Express is a whistle-stop tour through the whole programme! There won’t be time to delve too deeply into every session topic but we will leave students with a pack of techniques and resources that they can explore in their own time.
RES LAB LITE
(Pick 2 or 3 sessions, each approx 1 hour, group of between 10-15) We can deliver Res Lab as a 5 week programme but our sessions work stand alone too! This means that you can pick which two or three sessions you think would work best for your young people.
