We are seeking a highly organised individual to co-ordinate and implement OTRs new Impact Framework. The Impact Coordinator is a new and vital role for OTR to help us to understand and report on our impact on young people’s wellbeing. Working alongside our senior management team and colleagues you will help develop and embed tools, processes and systems to monitor, evaluate and learn from our work. You will help co-ordinate the ongoing collection of data and ensure our reporting deadlines are met. As a result, we will be able to improve our offer for young people and better articulate the changes we make on their lives.
You will have proven experience of developing data outcome measures and ensuring data systems are maintained so that information can be captured in an effective and timely manner. You will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks, have outstanding IT skills and an eye for detail. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build co-operative relationships with all teams across the organisation.
Finally, it is important to us that you are committed to our mission and excited by the prospect of using your talents to improve young people’s mental health.
